The management team works countless hours reviewing and re-reviewing design details to make your home efficient, comfortable, safe and environmentally friendly. Our in-house interior designer carefully selects only the finest finishing materials, and the construction staff closely supervises the trades throughout the construction process to maintain the exacting standards expected in Great Lands’ products.  After the new building is complete, our customer service representatives take over, and do their utmost to take care of the homeowner after the move-in.

Great Lands is currently developing the Leslie Boutique Residences located in North York, beside the subway at Leslie Street and Sheppard Avenue in Toronto.  Incredibly, 90% of this building was sold without one single advertisement being placed in any newspaper!   Our last completed project, The Mona Lisa condominium, sold out in two evenings, and before that the Monet sold out in two weekends.   I am proud of our reputation, and that we have the ability to sell our products in this manner, and our loyal followers, as well as new purchasers, believe in Great Lands’ quality, delivery commitment, and follow up. 

I am particularly excited about our latest addition to Great Lands’ outstanding portfolio of choice properties in the Greater Toronto Area.  It is located near the key crossroads of Yonge Street and 16th Avenue, in the heart of Richmond Hill.  The project has been named “The Beverly Hills Resort Residences” because we think it best represents the image of the complex, with high-end resort style amenity areas that would compete with anything in Beverly Hills, California.  Think of Rodeo Drive shopping, mixed with a Caribbean resort upstairs.  Even though the complex will be luxurious, our management team wanted to make it affordable to the average consumer or first time buyer. We decided to cap the required down payment before occupancy at only 15%, and spread that over six payments in two years.  That is unheard of in the industry!
